Peaceful hotel 5 minutes from beach and very close to shops and restaurants. The lady Maria who runs the apartments is exceptionally nice and helpful. Perfect for a tranquil getaway.

The Best is a wonderful small hotel and Maria goes out of her way to help you with what you need. Its very good located between the Beach Road and the Main road of Perissa, whatever you need is only a few minutes away weather its the beach, restaurants, farmacy, bakery, cafe, bike rental or the bus stop for Fira and other parts of the island. Or you can just hang back and enjoy the pool area. They offer rooms in different sizes, this room is ideal for a single traveller or a couple. It has everything you need, plenty of storage, a fridge, a kettle and mugs, plates and cutlery, both a balcony and access to the roof terrace. The property is very clean and quiet at night.

I loved staying here. It was a quick walk to the beach. The apartment was clean, a comfortable bed, good wifi, and kind staff. It was safe for a female traveler. There was a clean pool and quiet at night. Easy walk to the bus stop and great restaurants.

Hosts were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and kind. Location is great, right next to the beach and easy to catch buses to any location on the island.

The staff were incredible, they were friendly and made us feel welcome and safe!!
The facilities were great with good size rooms, great aircon and a good size pool.
The beach is a 1min walk away at most with loads of restaurants.

The Best is a lovely little hotel very close to everything you need in Perissa. You have a coffe shop and bakery next door where you can buy breakfast. Its a 2 minute walk to the beach and if you prefer the pool its a lovely pool area with a deep pool in one end and a shallow end for the smaller kids. If you want to make excursion and explore the island the bus stop for the bus to Thira is also only a two minutes walk away on the main road. The hotel is very clean and its also quiet at night. Maria and Vassilis are wonderful hosts and they will always have time to help you if you need anything.

TOTALLY LIVES UP TO ITS NAME. Absolutely the best place i've stayed in, in a long long time. Can not recommend more. There is a pool in the property, if that doesn't suffice, just walk 2 minutes and enjoy the beach.
Bakery and coffee shop nearby and also a small supermarket. The hosts were phenomenal.

Absolutely amazing experience! A bit far away from the airport but with good mobility access. Further It is very close (1 mins away!!) to Perssia (black sand beaches). Renting a vehicle definitely would help but watch out the local rental market a bit notorious and ripped off…

Talking about the hotel, the hospitality was outstanding, and the guidance made us feel right at home. I got to enjoy like locals and stay like locals, which made the trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at " The Best ", specially because of wonderful Maria who works there :) My " appartement " was clean and every day housekeeping, it got everything I needed ( kitchen / bathroom / private terrace with nice moutain view ) . Beds are comfy . Black sand beach is at 2min walk / everything you need around.

The studio I rented was really cute. A mezzanine with a very comfortable double bed, a super snuggly duvet and 2 very good pillows make for a great night sleep. The little window by the bed gives a lovely view and fresh air. There is a seating area, a heating unit, a TV, sufficient space for clothes and a built in safety box. The little kitchenette is sufficient to prepare a simple meal. The shower is excellent with nice hot water. A small terrace provides seating & the pool is right in front. The property felt safe, is video monitored & well lit at night. The room got cleaned every day :)! Maria is an absolute gem, she gives lots of great advice, can organise almost anything , and cares about the guests in a very generous way. Vassili makes you feel like you are part of the family. Just across the road is a bakery
(open day & night) a little grill house & a few small convenience stores dotted around the area. I recommend “Santo” for a breakfast or dinner, the owner is very friendly & every meal is prepared fresh & with great care. The bus stop is a short stroll away. Even in winter, the bus comes regularly, no problem. I had a wonderful experience at “The Best”. Thank you Maria & Vassili!

Comfortable in a nice quiet area right next to the black sand beach. Staff was so nice and worked hard to make me comfortable. Loved my stay.

Only a couple blocks from the beach which is excellent ! The staff is what makes this place special. They are very friendly & make you feel at home. The place is quiet & relaxing..

The staff were so amazing, Maria and Mr V were so helpful in knowing cheaper ways to get places, and were interested in what my plans were for stay and asked if I needed anything. The hotel is just a short walk to the beach where you can find multiple bars, restaurants and shops.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at The Best in Perissa, Santorini as a solo traveler. The hotel felt very safe, and its location was super convenient—just a short walk to the bus station, the black beach, as well as nearby stores and restaurants. It was the perfect base for my Santorini adventure! Maria and the owner made me feel like part of the family, always taking care of me and the other guests with helpful information and warm hospitality. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Location is great, close to beach and public transportation. Vassilis and Maria are super nice and helpful, gave us a lot of tips and recommendations and booked transfers for us. Room was comfortable

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They kindly helped us book the taxi to pick us up and drop us off. The pool is a good size and has a little children area. There is also a jet pool attached to the main pool.
The location is great! a few minutes walk to the beach (although we thought the beach was nicer towards the other end of perissa). You have a bakery a couple of minutes away, and a better one less than 10 minutes away. There are several restaurants and bars within reach.
The room was spacious enough. The loft was great size for either 2 adults or 2 children. The terrace was a good space and well equipped.

This friendly and comfortable hotel in Perissa immediately provided us with all the information we needed to enhance our stay. Everything was within easy reach, from tips for shopping excursions to breakfast options. The rooms were kept spotless and cleaned every day, offering a sense of comfort and reassurance. Our terrace with chairs and the expansive rooftop terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds provided the perfect spots to unwind. The view of the city from the rooftop terrace was simply breathtaking.

The location was brilliant. Lots of bars & shops near by. On a bus route. The beach was literally 2 mins walk away. The pool was fantastic. Fab sunbeds. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Maria was a star. She could not do enough for you. Very informative of the area. She made our stay so enjoyable.

The location and the amenities- pool and close to beach. Also easy to get places and information was provided for excursions.

The reception was awesome. Maria is very nice and welcoming. She has been very kind to our 7 year old.
It was a wonderful stay in the perfect location in Perissa.
